Hal ini terjadi pada November 2017 hingga akhirnya perusahaan tersebut dikenakan sanksi administratif. Kemudian terulang kembali pada Mei 2018 yang berakhir dengan sanksi administratif.
Selanjutnya pada Juni 2021 dan September 2022 sanksinya bersifat administratif.
“Dua orang tersangka kini diamankan di Rutan Mapolres Karawang,” ujarnya.
Disebutkan, kedua tersangka dijerat dengan pasal perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 99 ayat (2) juncto Pasal 116 UUD RI Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 dengan ancaman hukuman pidana maksimal tiga tahun. tahun penjara.
