Macam-macam Kesabaran Berdasarkan Dalil Al-Quran, Pahami Manfaatnya dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup

Setelah memahami pengertian kesabaran dan ciri-cirinya, selanjutnya kita dapat menyebutkan macam-macam kesabaran berdasarkan ajaran Islam. Jika berbicara tentang macam-macam kesabaran dalam Islam, tentunya kita harus mengacu pada sumber utamanya yaitu Al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan dalil-dalil dalam Al-Quran ada tiga macam, yaitu kesabaran dalam ketaatan, kesabaran dalam menghindari maksiat, dan kesabaran dalam menghadapi takdir. Berikut penjelasan selengkapnya:
1. Sabar dalam Melatih Ketaatan kepada Allah
Sebutkan macam-macam kesabaran, salah satunya adalah ketika seseorang menahan diri dalam menjalankan ketaatan kepada Allah. Misalnya, seorang suami harus bersabar dalam mengajak keluarganya berdoa. Kesabaran dalam menjalankan ketaatan ini menunjukkan kemampuan memimpin keluarga dalam menjalankan perintah agama.
Hal ini sebagaimana ditegaskan Allah SWT dalam surat Thaha ayat 132 yang berbunyi,
وَأْمُرْ ??? Layanan Pelanggan
Artinya: “Dan perintahkanlah keluargamu untuk berdoa dan bersabar dalam mengamalkannya. Kami tidak meminta rezeki darimu, Kamilah yang memberi rezeki untukmu. Dan hasil (kebaikan di akhirat) adalah bagi orang-orang yang bertakwa. ” (QS. Thaha : 132)
2. Sabar dalam menghindari kemaksiatan
Sebutkan macam-macam kesabaran, salah satunya adalah menjauhi perbuatan maksiat. Kesabaran dalam menjauhi kemaksiatan mencerminkan kemampuan menghindari godaan dan tetap setia pada prinsip agama.
