Denpasar (ANTARA) – Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham) Bali menggelar sidang kewarganegaraan terhadap sembilan warga blasteran (hasil perkawinan campuran) yang mengajukan permohonan menjadi warga negara Indonesia (WNI).Tim verifikasi mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan terkait wawasan kewarganegaraan, perpajakan, dan tindak pidana, kata Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Bali Anggiat Napitupulu di Denpasar, Senin.
Kesembilan WNI hasil perkawinan campuran, yaitu campuran berkewarganegaraan Indonesia dan Jepang, berjumlah delapan orang dan satu orang berdarah campuran Indonesia-Selandia Baru.
Pelamar yang lahir dari perkawinan campuran Indonesia-Jepang juga berjumlah delapan orang yakni I Gede Yuji, Ni Made Ana Surya Dewi, Pande Putu Akira Narayana, Kondo Shoji, Ni Made Sakura Dewi, Anna Inao, I Wayan Daichi, dan Persatuan Dewa Putu Putrawan. .
Satu pemohon lainnya merupakan hasil perkawinan campuran Indonesia-Selandia Baru, yakni Putu Kieran Syme.
Mereka mengajukan diri menjadi warga negara Indonesia karena kecintaan terhadap adat istiadat dan budaya Indonesia yang sangat kental khususnya di Bali, sehingga membuat mereka nyaman untuk tinggal dan memilih Indonesia sebagai tanah airnya.
